At Mallard, we’re constantly looking at different ways we can improve our service and bring you the best team of estate agents possible. Consequently, we’re delighted to introduce you to the newest member of our team; Gayle Hunt.
Gayle is a phenomenally talented estate agent with nearly 27 years of experience in the industry. Her career in real estate began at Mallard in 1992, and she is overjoyed to return to where it all began. She will call upon all her prior knowledge and teachings to ensure that all her clients get the best deal for their property or land. In her own words, her job is to help, listen, and understand your needs. She’s here to listen to your demands, and assist you on your property journey.
Gayle has much knowledge of the surrounding area, having sold many properties in the West Wales corridor over the past 27 years and knows it like the back of her hand. She is Llanelli born and comes from a family with a background in real estate and property development. Her father built houses for a living while she was growing up, which set her down the real estate path. It’s something she’s been passionate about from a young age, and this is reflected in the care and attention she gives to every client she interacts with. There are few people in the industry that are better positioned to join our Llanelli branch. Growing up in and around the area we service enables her to provide clients with everything they need to know about the local areas. She can even point you in the direction of the nearest school bus stops and provide recommendations for the best local shops.
Throughout her years of experience, Gayle has had many different roles throughout the UK. Most notably, she has experience studying Estate Management and Valuation in London – one of the toughest real estate markets in Britain. This helped hone her knowledge and makes her highly qualified to talk to any investors or organise surveys for different clients. She’s also worked as a Branch Manager and Lettings Manager before undertaking her new role as the Sales Manager at Mallard.
If you want to talk to someone about selling your property, then Gayle is your person. She loves her job and places a firm emphasis on human interaction. She’s made it clear that telephone conversations and email messages just aren’t the way forward. She wants to meet clients face to face, shake your hand, and discuss your property with you. There’s nothing more important to her than helping you find the perfect buyer to ensure you get the most value out of your sale. What’s more, she won’t sugarcoat things and tell you what she thinks you want to hear, Gayle is all about honesty and openness.
Jason Williams, senior partner at Mallard says, “We hope you’ll join us in welcoming Gayle Hunt back to Mallard and in wishing her all the best for the journey ahead. She is a welcome addition to our Llanelli branch.”
If you have a property to sell, feel free to pop-in and have a chat with Gayle herself so you can get the ball rolling.
