Leading property surveyors secure new deal with National Housebuilder

One of South West Wales’ leading chartered surveyors has announced a significant deal with leading national house builders – Persimmon Homes & Charles Church.

A spokesperson for Persimmon said that they were delighted to appoint Mallard Chartered Surveyors to conduct surveys and valuations on their behalf when purchasing properties in conjunction with their part exchange schemes.

The property portfolio includes property in Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire where Persimmon and Charles Church have a number of residential developments.

“We are so pleased to be given a major vote of confidence by Persimmon and Charles Church; these developers are the latest in a line of construction companies including Redrow, Barratt and Bellway who commission our services for surveying and valuation purposes,” said Jason Williams – director at Mallard.

“This latest announcement reflects the mood of a growing and buoyant t market that’s been on an upward trajectory for the last few years. Government incentives via the “Help to Buy Schemes” which allow 95 % mortgages with shared equity have been a major factor in driving the market and encouraging 1st time buyers to get on the property ladder,” he added.
