Meet The Team

Jason Williams

Jason Williams BSc (Hons) MRICS, FISVA Director

Jason is a Chartered Surveyor and one of the founder members of the firm. Jason qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1994 and became self employed in 1995. His favourite area of general practice surveying is residential surveys and valuations and he is passionate that small independent firms are best placed to offer this service. Over the years, he has built up a large private client bank following due to his strong belief in providing a personal, friendly and tailor made service.

Rhodri Poiner

Rhodri Poiner BSc (Hons) MRICS IRRV (Hons), AISVA Director

Director in 2012. Rhodri has an extensive knowledge of all areas of commercial property having worked for national based practices since qualifying as a Member of the RICS in 2003. Rhodri’s specialist areas include Commercial Valuations, Landlord and Tenant and Business Rates appeals on behalf of both national and private clients.

Gayle has been in the property market for over 27 years. She studied Estate Management & Valuation in London. Gayle has held sales and lettings manager’s roles across Llanelli, Carmarthenshire and Swansea areas, affording her a wealth of knowledge and experience in the housing market.

Gareth is a Chartered Building Surveyor. Gareth acts as a consultant to Mallard, having previously run his own practice in London. Gareth has many specialities, particularly Party Wall Act matters & building surveys. Gareth qualified in 1989.

Victoria has been a sales negotiator and valuer for over 26 years, and has knowledge of both housing and land valuation and potential. With experience in Carmarthenshire and Gwendraeth Valley areas, Victoria is well-placed to meet your property needs
