The ISVA HomeSurvey is broadly equivalent to RICS ‘Survey Level Two’.
The output is a simple, straightforward, and easy-to-read report on the condition of a property.
It's less in-depth than a Full Building Survey, but at Mallard, we cut no corners, so expect a reliable report that provides the detail you need to make an informed decision about a property purchase.
You should bear in mind that our Chartered Surveyors have been qualified since 1994 and 1999 respectively. When enquiring for survey quotes the cheapest is not always the best.
